Today’s item of discussion has only a thin attachment to computers: You can use it to clean the computer, laptop or smartphone screen.
But where this cleaning cloth amazes is on windows, mirrors and other smooth surfaces. More amazing is the fact that it uses no chemicals and is made using a patented fiber technology that results in fibers a hundred times finer than a human hair.
It is Gleen, and it is available from the company (www.gleencloth.com) or sold on Amazon at this link: www.tinyurl.com/GleenCloth16. Walmart’s website currently offers five cloths, 16-by-16 inches, for $22.72 with free delivery (and only one available when I looked recently.) Prices will vary on the company website, which is currently charging $30 for 10 16-by-16 inch cloths with free shipping.
Owners of home-cleaning services swear by the cloth. I was skeptical when told that the cloth would produce a “clear as glass” streak-free surface free of lint or any residue. Indeed, glass windows looked as clear as the day they were installed.

Just get the cloth very wet and wring out as much water as possible to use. Very small beads of water will remain on a glass surface, but will soon disappear – and the window glass will seem to disappear as well.
Owners of home-cleaning services swear by the cloths. “I own a cleaning business and let me tell you these save me tons of money! Use with just water for mirrors and windows the results will blow you away!” wrote one buyer on Amazon. “Also can be used for televisions and electronics (use just a little damp!), countertop, stovetop, appliances and so much more! Must have for any household. Would 100 percent recommend!”

Nine out of every 10 reviewers gave the product a 4- or 5-star rating, for an overall score of 4.6 out of 5 stars.
The cloth comes in a 16-by16-inch size, and is resistant to tearing. It is similar to a micro-fiber towel, but is higher in density. The Gleen Corporation has been in business for more than a decade.
Summing up: The Gleen Cloth is environmentally friendly and produces a streak-free clean surface using only water.
It’s also durable, and the $3.50-or-so cost of one should more than pay for itself in savings from paper towels and window cleaner.
Plus it will clean your smartphone or computer screen, too.
